1. Services

HZ Onyx Studio provides automotive services including, but not limited to:
  • Window tinting
  • Paint protection film (PPF)
  • Tint removal
  • Mobile services
  • Related automotive enhancement services
All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on vehicle type, condition, and location.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or approved booking platforms.
  • Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on service complexity.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if vehicle conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for installation.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, e-transfer, and approved digital payments.
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

5. Warranties

  • Warranty coverage varies by product and film type and is provided by the manufacturer.
  • Warranties may cover defects such as bubbling, peeling, or fading under normal use.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:
  • Provide accurate vehicle information
  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service
  • Follow aftercare instructions provided by HZ Onyx Studio
We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

7. Aftercare & Maintenance

Failure to follow recommended aftercare guidelines (such as rolling down windows too soon after tinting) may affect results and void warranty coverage.

8. Mobile Service Terms

For mobile services:
  • Customers must provide a safe, clean, and accessible workspace
  • Adequate shelter, lighting, and weather conditions are required
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unsafe conditions

9. Limitations of Liability

HZ Onyx Studio shall not be liable for:
  • Pre-existing damage to vehicles
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of HZ Onyx Studio and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
